About this blog

This blog aims to share knowledge, information and experience in order to help women with breast cancer: to stay as healthy as possible, to stay in tune with our bodies, to learn and to heal. I was diagnosed with a tumour in my left breast in May 2012, which I believe came about from the shock of learning that my mother had an inoperable tumour in her oesophagus. I have fully recovered, in record time I might add, while my mother is stable and living a normal life. As of February 2014 mother and daughter are doing extremely well.
